Eat Less Pizza!
If you constantly are eating too much pizza, try this life hack: Cut the slices in half before eating the pizza. This will most likely slow you down so you aren’t eating as fast and will make you take more trips back to get another pizza slice from the box. This will naturally force you to eat less because your body will be able to tell you when your stomach is full whether you have a couple small slices or if you are devouring a few large slices.
